CANCELLATION NOTICE
fOR Cancellation notice received up to and including 61 Days Prior to Start Date of Retreat: In the event that the Participant cancels this agreement up to and including 61 Days prior to the start date of the Retreat, Payments are eligible (but not guaranteed) for refunds, with the exception of the all nonrefundable deposits plus £250 administrative fee.

CANCELLATION LESS THAN 60 DAYS:
Cancellation notice received less than 60 Days Prior to Start Date of Retreat. Participant will not be entitled to any refunds whatsoever, if Participant cancels this Agreement less than 60 Days prior to the start date of the Retreat.

TO BOOK A STAY
To place a booking with us, the lead guest must be at least 18 years of age. The maximum number of staying guests per room is stated in the room occupancy details on the website. Where the person making the booking is different to the lead guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for cancellation, non-arrival and damages as set-out within.

OCCUPANTS ALLOWED
Only the lead guest and the named booking party are allowed to attend the retreat, use the property and its facilities. To secure any booking we require a deposit to be paid within 1 day of your booking request to confirm the booking.

THE DEPOSIT
This deposit amount is a third of the full booking amount (including cleaning and any other additional services you have selected). Deposit payments must be 'cleared funds' before a booking can be confirmed. Deposits are only refundable under the conditions set-out here within in our full Terms & Conditions stated on our websites.
