AGREEMENT
1. We, the management of Jannet Hopewell Becoming Greater Ministries Limited (The Company), wishes to make clear that our services are only for assisting you to retreat, wind down & recharge. You accept that we are not a clinic, medical facility nor do we offer you any form of medical treatment! You understand that you are coming to wind down and change your daily routine whilst with us.

SUITABILITY
2. You fully understand that our retreats are not suitable for pregnant women, and those with mobility limitations, Alzheimers, Psychotic conditions, Schizophrenia, Physical challenges, Bi-Polar, complicated allergies, super-sensitive dietary needs and those with digestive disorders.

SPEAKERS
3. You fully agree that our speakers, presenters and workshop tutors are professionals and should be treated with respect, as such we will not allow or accept for them to be verbally or physically abused. Doing so may see you removed from the retreat or police called.

PHONE USE
4. You agree to put your phone on silent during activities at the retreat. It is imperative that you DO NOT disrupt, spoil, interfere or diminish the experience of others in any way, shape or form.

ENFORCED QUIET TIMES
5. You agree to respect the designated quiet times and spaces during your retreat. Quiet times are between 8:30am and 7:00pm daily. Lights out is at 8:30PM at every retreat, except for days when event times are extended.

SHARED ROOMS
6. You agree to respect the privacy, dignity and person of those with whom you share rooms at the retreat, espcially as they are strangers to you. You promise not to take advantage of others, abuse their trust, keep them un-necessarily awake or spoil their retreat by being difficult, abusive, domineering or unpleasant.

CAUSING DISTURBANCE
7. Your retreat will be immediately terminated if you fail to honour this agreement or causing a disturbance / nuisance to other guests, neighbours or the owners. Police will be called if you are aggressive, abusive and are being unreasonable.

8. FOODS CATERED
You fully agree and totally understand & accept that the food provided at the retreat are wholly plant based, designed for healthy eating during the retreat. Meat (all kinds - Beef, lamb, Goat, Pork, Deer, etc) and poultry (all kinds - Chicken, Quali, Turkey, Pheasants, etc) aare not provided or served at all our retreats, except at retreats offered outside of the UK where we have no control over food served. Plant based options will always be made available.

DRESSING/CLOTHING
9. You agree to dress descently and appropriately at all times. Nudity, over exposure and indescent outfits will not be appropriate in a Christian retreat environment. You agree to attend with appropriate shoes & outfits for daily use and for walking outdoors daily.

NOT INCLLUDED
10. You agree that our retreats DO NOT include: (a) Your flights (b) Your out of hour transfers to or from the airport (c) Your Personal hygeine needs (d) Any extra Spa treatments opted for (e) Personal spending (f) Medical treatments and (g) Resources, such ab Books, Journals, gift items and other goods and services not included in your package.

USING STAIRS
10b. You are in agreement that, some of our retreat premises are cottages and lodges which have stairs and you will have to climb stairs. We regret that all the Edwardian or Victorian premises DO NOT have a lift service, therefore, accepting to come on our retreat, especially in the United Kingdom implies that you are declaring to us that you are fit, able and willing to climb stair cases where necessary. People with mobility issues are advised to check with us before booking. Failure to do so means you are atending the retreat at your own risk, having been notified of the use of stairs.

NO SMOKING
11. You are in agreement that, our retreat is a NO SMOKING retreat. Vaping is equally discouraged. The retreat is a NO SMOKING environment. All our properties are no-smoking, any smoking inside the property will result in a loss of deposit. Smoking of any tobacco products including, but not limited to cigarettes, pipes, e-cigarettes, e-liquids, cigars, snuff or chewing tobacco, is only allowed in outdoor areas in accordance with the Health Act 2006. Do not drop cigarette butts outside the property or garden, as this will result in an additional cleaning charge of £100 (deducted from deposit.)

SAFETY
12. You agree that you are responsible for your own safety at all times. You will avoid tripping, falling or injuring yourself at any time. We shall not be liable for damages caused by your lack of care or general carelessness.

PUBLICATION RELEASE
13. Participant may be photographed, audio-recorded and/or video-recorded during the Retreat. We reserve the right to publish any such photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings without obtaining further consent from any participant.

14. IDEMNIFICATION POLICY
You exclusively agree to compensate & idemnify us for any lawsuit, damages, or harm arising from your use of our services. Where you have caused us or a customer/users harm. You agree that you are liable & held accountable and will pay all necessary legal cost, raparation and compensation(s) for damages incurred.

FOOD ALLERGIES
15. We DO NOT accept liability for any accidental consumption of any edible product that you may consume during the retreat! However, we insist that it is your exclusive responsbility to inform us of any dietary allergies you may have to any known product or ingridients. 16. ENTRY VISAS
We DO NOT assist particpants with securing their travel visas nor do we claim that our retreats meet the entry requirement of the immigration authorities in the nations where they are held. Proof of confirmed booking and full payment can be provided to participants in aid of their entry visa if required. All participants must do their own due dilgence, before booking the retreat if coming from abroad.
