This is a CHRISTIAN retreat! A family run, multicultural retreat, helping to refresh your SPIRIT, SOUL, MIND & BODY. We aim to focus not only on one aspect of your being, but help you to discover your center, your value, identify and purpose (YOUR VIP) in life. You will learn how to find balance in life by connecting your Spirit, Soul, Mind and Body. Our aim is for you to leave feeling, refreshed, restored, renewed, and rejuvenated. We have been hosting retreats since 2009.

Though our retreat programs are open to everyone, they are guided by Christian principles and designed with Christian scripture in their foundation. We have found that the teachings in the Holy Bible have the fundamental tools we need in life to bring us to the full understanding of a whole and joyful life.

These retreats are by no means a Bible classes or sermons, but rather, practical group sessions, and fun activities that are targeted to highlight the importance of the Spirit, Soul, Mind & Body as taught in scripture.
