Our welcome will always be warm and our hospitality is guaranteed. Our Concierge team are your personal assistant at every retreat. They are primarily responsible for arranging your accommodation, recommending activities, explain what is on offer, coordinate your dining and entertainment experience, and making reservation for your Spa treatment and they are available to do their best to solve any problem you may have whilst you are with us. They are eager to ensure that you have the most amazing, first class retreat experience. Our concierge team tends to all our guest's needs and ensures stellar services with a confident, patient, and helpful attitude. They exude the hospitality DNA that reflects our core values. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
A member of our concierge team will be on hand to meet you at the Airport/train Station on arrival to assist you with your luggage and to get you safely onboard our waiting bus that will bring you to the retreat site. You will be in the company of other arriving retreat guests. Our team will have provided you with movements and schedules well in advance of your arrival. WARMEST WELCOME
You are guaranteed a warm welcome on your arrival at the retreat venue. Our retreat coordinator and Pastor Jannet will be ready to meet & greet you at the door to welocme you to the retreat. You will feel like royalty. We will make you feel at home. Our concierge team will help you get your luggage to your room and check you in with entusiasm.
WELCOME HAMPEROn arrival you will be presented with a very lovely welcome hamper, with amazing items to help you enjoy your stay at the retreat. FAREWELL HAMPER
At the end of your retreat, you will be presented with a bountiful, useful and memorable gift bag to help you hold on to the memories of an amazing time at the retreat. We have planned everything with you in mind. TRANFERS/TRANSPORT
Our conceirge team will arrange your transport and transfer to Stobo hotel, where you will experience a luxurious day of pampering to soothe the mind and body - the ultimate treat. The team will ensure you have had your breakfast early and have you ready for the departure from the Retreat Campus as well as come to collect you at the end of your Spa day for onward transportation back to the campus or airport or to the train station as the case may be. Our team will coordinate your movement and ensure it is all hassle free,
FOOD TREAT
Our house Chefs and culinary team will prepare all your breakfast, lunch and dinners daily whilst you are with us. Lunch outside the lodge/resort will be paid for by you. They are not included in our packages. Our menus are mostly plant based. Concierge will ensure that you have access to fruits, water, fruit drinks and all manner of teas and coffees during your stay with us. MEDICAL ASSISTANCEOur concierge are on hand to assist you with any unexpected medical emergencies, by getting you the best timely medical assistance/intervention necessary. SHOPPING
Our team will assist you with any/all your purchases from our on-site shop or online shop. Your purchases will be delivered to your room and items gift warpped for you as you may wish or direct. HOUSEKEEPING
Everyday, our concierge will ensure that your room is tidy and ensure you are supplied with your required bed linen, fresh towels and toiletries. PRE-ARRIVAL CARE
Our concierge team are at your service for any assistance you may require before your arrival, during the retreat or after the retreat in case you forgot things or left items behind. They will do their best to help you within their ability. TRAVEL AFTERCARE
We recognise that our international retreats provide you with the opportunity to see some amazing countries and cities, and this may inspire you to want to continue your travels, even after your retreat time with us has come to an end.
