SPA TREATMENT
All our retreat packages have full of half day SPA treatments built into them, with the view of helping you to have your body pampered, revived, de-stressed and exercised in a way that awakens your inner senses and connects you back in full force with your Spirit, Soul, Mind & Body. Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. Your body is the vessel you are travelling in on this earth throughout your lifetime, as such taking care of it is more than essential. Our Spa treatments are designed for doing just that. It is our final treat and your retreat will be incomplete without it.

Depending on your choosen retreat package, you will experience either a 'So Tranqail Spa Day' or 'Purely Pamper Spa Day'. Both packages offers you a memorable, luxurious pampering treatment to complete your retreat.

LUXURY SPA VENUE
In Scotland, our Spa treatment for you will be at the award winning five star Stobo Castle Health Spa, in Stobo, Peeblesshire, Scotland, EH45 8NY, United Kingdom.In Morocco, it will be at the Spa Center at the Valeria Dal Mar Resort and on cruises, it will be aboard the ship.

GETTING YOU TO STOBO
After your breakfast/Lunch, we will typically transport you in a luxury coach to Stobo, with the aim of geting you there for 9am to begin your luxurious Spa day. Some Spa sessions are in the evening, as such you will be transported by bus and brought back at 9pm when the Spa program closes.

PURELY PAMPER SPA DAY
A luxurious day of pampering to soothe the mind and body - the ultimate treat. The "Purely Pamper Spa Day" includes:
8:00am - Departure from Retreat Campus
9:00am - A warm welcome at Spa.

A gentle body and scalp massage to awaken and rebalance energies.
Stobo Signature Massage
Our signature treatment includes a warm foot compression, a stress relieving back & facial massage and a choice of hand or foot massage to truly relax mind and body.
Body Firming Wrap
Firms the skin, tightens the tissue and combats skin slackening.
Marine Body Wrap
A high-performance body wrap with exfoliation, head massage and hydrating cream.

Mii Prescriptive Manicure Deluxe
The hands are exfoliated, cuticles are cared for with oils and creams, the nails shaped and basecoats & colour are applied. Mii Pedicure Deluxe
The Mii pedicure including heated booties to soothe and relax. Feet are exfoliated and massaged, nails are shaped, cuticles are treated and prescriptive basecoats & polish are applied.

A delicious two course lunch (main course and dessert).

FAREWELL
A fond farewell from Spa at 5.00pm or 9pm depending on the session you are booked on.
You will board your luxury bus for transfer back to the villa/Cottage or to Edinburgh Waverly train station/Edinburgh Airport for your journey home, if that is the schedule you came on.

SO TRANQUIL SPA DAY
The So Tranquil Spa Day offers a pampering treat that will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed. Included are:
8:00am - Depart retreat campus to Spa
9:00 am - A warm welcome at Spa

Tranquil Touch Massage
Relax into this tranquil treatment, combining the luxury of a stress-relieving back massage and facial massage.
Paraffin Wax of the Back, Neck & Shoulders
An application of warm wax to the back, neck & shoulders to alleviate tension and relaxed muscles. After application, the client can fully relax with a de-stressing scalp and lower leg massage.

Indian Head MassageRelieves the anxiety that accumulates in the head, back and neck in everyday life.
Satin Shimmer Salt Crystal Exfoliation
A full body exfoliation, combined with a relaxing application of body milk.
Essential Marine Facial
A highly effective facial, tailored to each skin type for flawless and radiant skin.
