GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. THE RETREAT
Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before you start to access or use our website at www.wholenessreatreat.co.uk, www.jannethopewell.org and www.womensretreat.co.uk. The Wholeness Retreat Service website is provided by The Jannet Hopewell Becoming Greater Ministries Limited trading as "The Wholeness Retreat By Jannet Hopewell", whose registered office is at G1 Peffermill Court, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH16 4AA, United Kingdom, with company number SC687498.

2. By accessing our stated websites, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept all of these Terms, then you may not use our website or services. In these Terms, 'we', 'us', 'our' or 'The Wholeness Retreat Trademark' refers to The Jannet Hopewell Becoming Greater Ministries Limited, trading as The wholeness Retreat Company and 'you' or 'your' refers to you as the user of our website/services.

3. We may amend these Terms, for any reason at any time. If these Terms are amended, we will post the revised terms and conditions on our website; these changes do not affect rights and obligations that arose prior to such changes. Your continued use of our website & services following the posting of modified Terms will be subject to the Terms in effect at the time of your use. Please review these Terms periodically for changes. By purchasing from WHOLENESS RETREAT you agree to all of the terms and conditions stated herein.

4. By proceeding to purchase any of the WHOLENESS RETREAT retreats, classes, or any service(s), you (the "participant") acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time, after providing notice to you. The participant agrees to be bound by any future amendments made to the Terms and Conditions. The participant can review the most current version of the Terms and conditions at any time by accessing the "Terms and Conditions" link on the WHOLENESS RETREAT website.

5. Referred to herein as "Participant". Jointly referred to as "parties" or individually as "party." whereas, WHOLENESS RETREAT offers a CHRISTIAN RETREATS with a purpose and if the Participant wishes to purchase such retreat, does so knowing that it is Christian in nature and in content.

6. NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this agreement, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

7. SERVICES.
WHOLENESS RETREAT shall provide Participant with accommodations in the wholeness retreat ("the Retreat"). During the Retreat, WHOLENESS RETREAT will provide Participant daily devotionals, nature walk, creative meditation, nutritional therapy, mental health sessions, several workshops, Spa treatment, all plant based meals listed, and all other activities listed within the retreat program, subject to variation, when necessary.

8. THE TERM.
a. The term of this agreement commences upon purchasing the retreat and expires at the end of the final day of the Retreat, unless terminated earlier by either party.

8b. RETREAT VENUE.
We reserve the right to use different premises for holding our retreats. The premises or campus we use will depend on their availability and suitability for the retreat in question. Quality accommodation is guaranteed but rom layout may vary. Some destinations are outside the United Kingdom.

9. PAYMENT.
The total cost of the Retreat must be paid in full prior to the retreat as set forth below. Failure to make the payments as set forth below will result in automatic breach of this Agreement by Participant and all payments made by Participant will be forfeited by Participant.
a. Non-Refundable Deposit (a third of the total room cost) is due at time of execution of this Agreement. This deposit reserves your spot in the retreat and it is non-refundable.
b. Balance is due 60 days prior to the start of the Retreat. If your full payment is not made, you may forfeit your deposit and still be liable to pay for the whole retreat booked.

10. CANCELLATIONS.
WHOLENESS RETREAT reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary, including Retreat cancellation as per our Terms and Conditions. Also, all requests for cancellation by Participant must be submitted in writing, via email at the following email address: [email protected]

10b. DEPOSIT FORFEITURE.
The Participant shall forfeit the Non-Refundable Deposit (a third of the total cost stated when booking) and Administration Fee of £250 upon cancellation of this Agreement regardless of the time of cancellation or the reason for the cancellation. There will be no exceptions, including, but not limited to, travel restrictions, quarantines, medical emergencies, lock downs, weather restrictions, illnesses, Covid-19, travel changes, border closings or Acts of God. The Non-Refundable Deposit and Administration Fee are non-transferable and cannot be applied to a different retreat.

11a. CANCELLATION NOTICE
Cancellation notice received up to and including 61 Days Prior to Start Date of Retreat: In the event that the Participant cancels this Agreement up to and including 61 days prior to the start date of the Retreat, Payments are eligible (but not guaranteed) for refunds, with the exception of all non-refundable deposits plus £250 administrative fee.

11b. Cancellation Notice Received Less than 60 Days Prior to Start Date of Retreat. Participant will not be entitled to any refunds whatsoever if Participant cancels this Agreement less than 60 days prior to the start date of the Retreat.

12 LEAD GUESTS/GROUP BOOKING.
a. To place a booking with us as a GROUP, the lead guest must be at least 18 years of age.
b. The maximum number of staying guests per room two at any time.
c. Where the person making the booking is different to the lead guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking and the lead guests will be held responsible for cancellation, non-arrival and damages as set-out within.
d. Only the lead guest and the named booking party are allowed to attend the retreat, use the property and its facilities.

e. To secure any booking we require a deposit to be paid within 1 day of your booking request to confirm the booking.
f. This deposit amount is a third of the full/total booking amount (including cleaning and any other additional services you have selected).
g. Deposit payments must be 'cleared funds' before a booking can be confirmed.
h. Deposits are only refundable under the conditions set-out here within.

13.SAFE SPACE ENVIRONMENT
At Wholeness Retreat, we strive to provide a SAFE SPACE where you can feel calm, less anxious and engage, without fear, judgement or condemnation. We will address you with respect, cordiality and treat you with due hospitalily.

13b. ALL Participants are expected to treat other Participants equally and to treat our staff with respect, cordiality and hospitality . No participant is allowed to bully, intimidate, abuse, rough handle or discomfort anyone else at the retreat.

13c. You are expected to be on your best behaviour and to foster peace throughout the retreat in keeping with the objectives of the Wholeness retreat itself.

13d. TACTILE ACTIVITIES NOTICE
Please be aware that some of the Retreat activities may include holding hands in prayer or in circles with others or being assisted during exercises. Some workshops may require hands being placed on you or you placing your hands on others during the activities. If you prefer to be excluded from such exercises, please notify us in advance so your wishes can be respected.

14a.CONFIDENTAILITY
At Wholeness Retreat, we provide a solemn guarantee that we WILL NEVER divulge confidential information about you to anyone attending the retreat or with any third party, under any circumstances, except where there is a threat or concern for your life or safety . We will hold your private and personal information with the highest confidence and safeguard it at all times. Any of your information shared or divulged to our staff during or as part of a workshop or activity is 100% confidential.

14b. We ask that you also maintain total confidentiality in regards to the private information, story or affairs of other Participants shared with you directly or indirectly at our retreat. Everyone is entitled to their privacy which we ask you to honour and respect by not sharing, revealing, exposing, blogging, or speaking about it with anyone else, whether at the retreat, or at any later time. This includes the taking and sharing of other participants photographs without their prior explicit consent.

14c. We reserve the right to disclose your identity or other information about you to the Police or any legitimate third party who claims that material posted by you from the retreat violates their rights, including their intellectual property rights or their right to privacy.

15. THIRD PARTY VENDORS.
Third party vendors may be contracted to provide lodging, transportation, catering, meals, and/or other services. Participant understands and acknowledges WHOLENESS RETREAT is not responsible for the actions or negligence of such third party vendors. Any claim Participant may have against third party vendors shall be initiated against the third party and not WHOLENESS RETREAT. The Contact details of all such third party will be provided to you as required.

16a. COPYRIGHT POLICY:
You shall not borrow, use, adapt, vary, violate, copy or make use of our corprate name, logos, trademarks, imprints, markings and other symbols of characters in any way shape or form unless you hold a written permission or License from us. You may not copy, distribute, publish, transfer or store our brand, information and website details without our expressed written permission.

16b. INFRINGEMENT POLICY:
You are permitted to our Website information for your personal booking, and totally non-commercial use only. You shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, alter, sell, transfer, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our brand. logo, trademark and published content/material on our Website, except as when permitted to do so by us in writing.
We will strictly defend and enforce all violations of our intellectual property.

16c. LINKS:
Our website may contain links to other websites that we do not operate or control and for which we are not responsible ("Other Websites"). We provide these links for your reference and convenience and do not endorse the contents of Other Websites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damages that may arise from your use of them. You should refer to the separate terms of use, privacy policies and other rules posted on other Websites before you use them. You agree not to create a link from any website, including any website controlled by you, to our website.

17. SEVERABILITY.
The invalidity of any portion of this Agreement will not and shall not be deemed to affect the validity of any other provision. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, the parties agree that the remaining provisions shall be deemed to be in full force and effect as if they had been executed by both parties subsequent to the expungement of the invalid provision.

18. NO WAIVER.
The failure of either party to this Agreement to insist upon the performance of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, or the waiver of any breach of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, shall not be construed as subsequently waiving any such terms and conditions, but the same shall continue and remain in full force and effect as if no such forbearance or waiver had occurred.

19. GOVERNING LAW.
All terms of these Terms and Agreements shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Scotland, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions. The parties hereby submit to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of Scotland in any action, suit or proceeding arising.

20. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY.
You are responsible for any damage or loss caused by You to any room, furniture, beddings or infrastructure, during Your stay with Us, including any damage to Our property by Your act, omission, default or neglect and You agree to indemnify Us and You agree to pay Us on demand the amount reasonably required to make good or remedy any such damage or loss, including legal cost and an administrative fee where and as it is applicable.

20b. Further, we reserve the right to terminate Your Booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation where You engage in unacceptable behaviour that causes a significant disturbance or nuisance to Our staff or to other guests on Our premises.

21a. FULL ROOM DISCOUNT.
In group or bulk bookings, if the participant has booked under the full room discount option, the participant has full responsibility to fill the room to the bed capacity stated.

21b. There will be no refund issued or discounts granted if one, two, three or four participants from the room is/are no longer able to attend for any reason whatsoever. Please refer to take full note of our detailed cancelation policy.

22. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE.
WHOLENESS RETREAT reserves the right to accept, decline, or retain any person as a participant at the Retreat at any time without liability and without any obligation to pay a refund or any other amount whatsoever. In maintaining the purpose and objective of the retreat, WHOLENESS RETREAT may decline Participant from taking part of the Retreat if Participant displays violent behaviour, including, but not limited to language and/or actions.

23. *LEAVING RETREAT PREMATURELY.
We are not responsible or liable for any participant who leaves the Retreat early prior to its conclusion or for any activity undertaken by the Participant that is not part of the Retreat.

24. *NO WARRANTIES.
WHOLENESS RETREAT makes no warranties or representations, stated or implied, regarding any aspect of the Retreat. In particular, there is no guarantee, stated or implied, regarding:
a. The number of participants or the age of participants taking the Retreat;
b. The amount of time that Jannet Hopewell, or other presenters, will be personally leading you during the retreat. Class times may vary and is changeable without notice.
c. The time spent at any given location on the Retreat;
d. Photos taken and/or posted on WHOLENESS RETREAT website and social media channels or visiting any specific sites shown on photos on WHOLENESS RETREAT website and social media channels.
e. The quality of workouts, skill sessions, recreational time/sessions or other subjective experiences on the Retreat; or
f. Any other aspect of the Retreat.

25. INSURANCE.
Participants are strongly advised to obtain travel, medical, accident, cancellation, and baggage insurance independently, especially if traveling from abroad. WHOLENESS RETREAT will not provide Participant with any insurance aforementioned and it is the sole responsibility of Participant to obtain.

USING STAIRS
25b. You are in agreement that, some of our retreat premises are cottages and lodges which have stairs and you will have to climb stairs. We regret that all the Edwardian or Victorian premises DO NOT have a lift service, therefore, accepting to come on our retreat, especially in the United Kingdom implies that you are declaring to us that you are fit, able and willing to climb stair cases where necessary. People with mobility issues are advised to check with us before booking. Failure to do so means you are atending the retreat at your own risk, having been notified of the use of stairs.

26.*ALLERGY DISCLAIMER.
WHOLENESS RETREAT contracts third party vendors to provide catering and meals and room and board to Participant, as such, WHOLENESS RETREAT does not guarantee an allergen-free environment. Participant is aware that Participant will be exposed to food, activities, tangibles, and persons which may result in exposure to allergens and Participant acknowledges assumption of the risk. Participant shall be fully responsible for any medical costs or expenses related to allergic reactions, food sickness, food poisoning or any other related conditions.

26b. SALT ALLERGY!
We are not responsible for any allergic or adverse reactions you may have to common cooking salt including sodium chloride, sea salt, including Table salt, Fluer De Sal, Kosher salk, Caltic Sea Salk, Flake salt, Pink salt, Black salt, Reds salt, Brining salts, Flavoured salts & Black lava salt. If you are allergic to any salts or crystaline cooking ingerients, it is your duty to notifu is in advance. We accept no liability from accidental poisoning due to salt allergy.

27. ROOMS AND ACCOMMODATIONS.
WHOLENESS RETREAT provides rooms/accommodations to Participant in order to provide a full experience retreat. Such accommodations include houses, villas, cottages, resorts, rooms, hotels and others, as may be available in the locality of the retreat. Such housing, lodgings, rooms, or accommodations are not owned by WHOLENESS RETREAT and WHOLENESS RETREAT is not responsible for providing security to Participants.

28. THEFT, LOSS, DAMAGES OR INJURY.
We are not responsible for any theft, damage, injury, loss, acts of terrorism, or the like, to Participant. Moreover, Participant expressly waives any right (whether in contract, tort, or both), to hold WHOLENESS RETREAT liable for any of the aforementioned acts. Participant shall exercise ordinary care in safeguarding any personal belongings or possessions. Participant acknowledges Participant is entirely responsible for his/her personal safety, health, and well-being during the Retreat.

29. PERSONAL EXPENSES.
Participant shall be responsible for personal excursions, personal expenses, souvenirs, and anything else which is not expressly included in the Retreat by WHOLENESS RETREAT.

30b. CANCELLATION BY US!
If for reasons beyond our control, such as Acts of God, Venue unavailability, fire, flood or other emergencies, you will receive the full initial payment and any other charges that have already been paid to us. We are not responsible for refunding any consequential costs that you might incur, for example, travel costs. We strongly encourage you to take out your own travel insurance prior to booking to cover such costs for any loss dues to the demise of the WHOLENESS RETREAT event.

30b. CANCELLATION DUE TO TRAVEL CONDITIONS.
WHOLENESS RETREAT is not responsible or liable for any cancellations due to weather or travel conditions, including, but not limited to the following:
i. Any changes or delays in air schedules, missed airline or other carrier connections, or other services, local transportation, missed flights, missed or cancelled bus's or trains, cancelled flights;
ii. Injury, loss, illness or damage to persons or property, including luggage and sponsored gift items;
iii. Additional expenses resulting from changes in exchange rates, tariffs, visas, vaccinations or schedule change;
iv. Defect in any vehicle or the act or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the Retreat Participants, or in carrying out the arrangements of the Retreat, or otherwise;
v. Additional expenses incurred or due to including but not limited to: sudden sickness, weather conditions, strikes, or other causes or acts of God; or losses due to cancellations.

31. PUBLICATION RELEASE.
a. Participant may be photographed, audio-recorded and/or video-recorded during the Retreat. WHOLENESS RETREAT reserves the right to publish any such photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings without obtaining further consent from any participant.
b. Participant authorises WHOLENESS RETREAT to use such recordings or images by WHOLENESS RETREAT in the course of business, for any lawful purpose, including for use on WHOLENESS RETREAT website, social media channels, marketing materials, media publications, online and print advertising. Including but not limited to; website www.jannethopewell.org and www.wholenessretreat.co.uk & www.womensretreat.co.uk AND social medial channels, including Becoming Greater Television.
c. Participant releases WHOLENESS RETREAT and its representatives from any liability in connection with any such use of such photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings.

32.DIGITAL DETOX - USE OF ELECTRONICS & PHOTOGRAPHY RULES/POLICY
a. WHOLENESS Retreat is a place of amazing peace and tranquillity, the perfect place for restoring Spirit, Soul, Mind & Body balance. All guests are politely asked to not to use their digital electronic devices during programs, workshops and group retreat sessions and around other guests (kindles, laptops, ipads, phones and anything that beeps and disturbs other people) or in communal areas.
b. Team members from Wholeness Retreat may take photos and video of the activities with guests in for the purpose of posting on social media. If guests do not want to be in any of the social media guests can opt out of this on the Health Form that all guests are required to fill in before arrival.
c. Be discreet: If you must take photographs during the retreat, try to be as inconspicuous as possible. People may require their space during the retreat, and you do not want to intrude on their solitude and privacy. Therefore, take pictures only when the situation allows for it. Additionally, please use silent mode on your camera to avoid disrupting their peace.
d. Taking pictures of others without their expressed permission is legally tantamount to an invasion of privacy. No one has a right to invade the privacy of others at the Wholeness retreat.

33.PARTICIPANT MINIMUM/MAXIMUM
a. There is no guaranteed minimum or maximum number of retreat particpants guaranteed. Group sizes vary, just as the retreat format varies. Group sizes are intentionally small in number for maximum benefit of participants.
b. Where not enough people have signed up, enrolled or reserve the retreat, it may be cancelled or reschedule for another day/time.
c. In case of cancellation due to low attendance, we DO NOT bear responsibility for loses you may incurred. Please take out the appropriate insurance to cover yourself in case of retreat cancellation for any reason. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

33d. CHANGING RETREAT ATTENDANCE DATE
Retreat Participants may request to shift their reservation to another time or request a full refund in changes are made within the permitted time frame for a small admin fee. Changes can only be made once.

35. WHOLENESS RETREAT
does not, or any of its staff, presenters, volunteers, agents, assignees, officers, or employees treat, prescribe, or diagnose any illness, any disease, condition, or any other physical or mental disorder. Any personal advice or answers provided during the Retreat are for entertainment purposes only.

36. IDEMNIFICATION:
PARTICIPANT FURTHER HEREBY AGREES TO IDEMNIFY AND HOLD WHOLENESS RETREAT, ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS, VOLUNTEERS, AFFILIATES, AND EMPLOYEES HARMLESS FROM ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, JUDGMENT, LIABILITY OR EXPENSE (INCLUDING LEGAL FEES) SUFFERED BY OR RENDERED AGAINST WHOLENESS RETREAT ON ACCOUNT OF ANYTHING ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT.

36b. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these terms of Use of our services at Wholeness Retreat.-

37a. INHERENT RISKS:
PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS AND ACKNOWLEDGES THERE ARE INHERENT RISKS IN PHYSICAL EXERCISES, INCLUDING PILATES EXERCISE ACTIVITIES. PARTICIPANT SHALL CONSULT WITH A PHYSICIAN PRIOR TO PARTICIPATING IN THE RETREAT AND OBTAIN PRIOR APPROVAL TO PARTICIPATE. PARTICIPANT RELEASES WHOLENESS RETREAT FOR ANY MEDICAL EXPENSES, MEDICAL CARE, MEDICAL NEEDS FOR ANY INJURY PRIOR, DURING OR AFTER THE RETREAT. THIS INCLUDES MEDICAL EXPENSES, MEDICAL CARE, MEDICAL NEEDS OR DAMAGE FOR ANY COVID-19 OR ANY PANDEMIC RELATED EXPENSES.

37b. SAFETY RESPONSIBILITY
PARTICIPANT ARE ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN PERSONAL SAFETY, HEALTH, AND MENTAL, PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, AND GENERAL WELL-BEING BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER THE RETREAT.

38a. RETREAT IS NOT A MEDICAL TREATMENT!
Participant understands and acknowledges that the Wholeness Retreat is in not Psychotherapeutic or medical retreat. The Retreat is not involved with the treatment of disease, illness, or a medically diagnosed condition of any kind. Wholeness Retreat is not a substitute for proper professional medical diagnosis and/or treatment.

38b. MEDICAL DISCLOSURE
Health Form and Disclosures: Retreat Participants are required to complete and return the Health Form Waiver with the balance payment confirming they are fit and healthy to participate in the activities listed on the retreat booked. You MUST disclose any medical condition you may have including pregnancy and also provide confirmation of your doctor's permission to take part in the retreat for any listed health condition.

39. PRE EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS.
PARTICIPANTS ARE ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR NOTIFYING THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT OF WHOLENESS RETREAT, OF ANY PRE-EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS OR ALLERGY THAT CAN AFFECT THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE RETREAT. FAILURE TO DO SO, IS NEGLIGENCE & YOU HEREBY AGREE THAT WE ARE IDEMNIFIED FROM ANY MEDICAL CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR PRE-EXISTING CONDITION(S), EVEN IF WERE MADE AWARE OF IT/THEM.

40. RELEASE CLAUSE:
PARTICIPANT HEREBY RELEASES WHOLENESS RETREAT, ITS OFFICERS, STAFF, AGENTS, VOLUNTEERS, AFFILIATES, AND EMPLOYEES OF ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY THAT PARTICIPANT, OR THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY), MIGHT SUFFER DURING OR AFTER THE SAID RETREAT.

41. STRICT RECOMMENDATION:
Before participating in this or any other retreat exercise program, individuals are advised to consult with a physician or their doctor to ascertain your fitness and suitability to attend the retreat.
42. You are therefore declaring stating that: "I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am 18 years of age or over and have voluntarily chosen and requested to participate in the retreat, class, private, workshop, event, or activity with WHOLENESS RETREAT By Jannet Hopewell and any other facilitator assisting or leading a class, private, workshop, event or activity at WHOLENESS RETREAT."

43. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT/DECLARATION:
I am aware that participation in the retreat classes, sessions, workshops, events, or activities may be hazardous. I acknowledge that a certain minimum level of physical health, strength, fitness, and flexibility will be required. I represent that I possess the level of health, strength, fitness, and flexibility necessary to participate in these activities. I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the risks of injury. I assume all responsibility and liability for any and all injuries I may sustain due to my participation in these activities.

44. RELEASE FROM CLAIM:
In consideration for being permitted to participate in the retreat classes, sessions, workshops, events, or activities, I agree that I, my heirs, assignees, guardians, and legal representatives will not make any claim against, sue, or attach the property of, any of the hosts, instructors, organisers, or participants in the classes, privates, workshops, events, or activities including but not limited to WHOLENESS RETREAT, for injury or damage resulting from my participation in such classes, privates, workshops, events, or activities.

45. STAFF RELEASE:
I release all such hosts, instructors, organisers, and participants, their agents and heirs, from any and all actions, causes of action, lawsuits, claims, or demands that I, my assignees, heirs, guardians, and legal representatives now have or hereafter may have for any and all injury, illness, loss of life, loss of or damage to property associated with my participation in the classes, sessions, talks, Spa activities, workshops, events, or other activities.

46. YOUR UNDERTAKEN:
I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. I am aware and agree that it is a complete release of liability for any injuries or damages I may sustain due to classes, sessions, Spa, Pilates, workshops, events, and activities with WHOLENESS RETREAT and all such hosts, instructors, organisers, and participants.

47. PREGNANCY WAIVER:
In addition to the above Release, I do hereby confirm that I am not pregnant at the time of enrolling for the Wholeness retreat and I hereby agree now and in the future that if I become pregnant, by signing this Liability, I release and hold harmless WHOLENESS RETREAT, and their staff, supporting instructors, volunteers, childcare workers, and all other persons or entities acting for her, from any and all claims, demands, suits, cost and charges, in connection with or arising out of services offered by WHOLENESS RETREAT, including but not limited to, personal injury, bodily harm, injury, and/or property damage.

48. I agree I have been advised that WHOLENESS RETREAT and supporting instructors, volunteers, childcare workers and all other persons or entities acting for the company are not medical doctors nor are they trained in Medicine nor are they trained pregnancy or antenatal professionals. I totally agree that if I choose to attend as a pregnant woman, I do so at my own risk and I am fully aware that it is not recommended.

50. PETS
We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets at our retreats.

51. EXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT:
I agree the that attendance of any sessions at the retreat is not a good idea nor is it welcomed or safe for a pregnant woman.
Attending such classes/sessions is against the recommendation of WHOLENESS RETREAT.
I also confirm that I have consulted with a medical professional and they have advised me that it is SAFE to attend this retreat.
